I'm confused about a problem that I'm working on for my TSM class. We are in packet-filtering rules and I'm ask to describe what a deny all or deny any policy means. I'm also ask what type of entries should be placed before the other entries and then comment on the order of entries in the firewall rule-base and what type of rules should be placed before the others?
I have described the deny all or deny any policy as to configure your security policy to deny all session traffic. But I'm not sure how to do the rest... some help would be really appreciated :-)Â Â I've tried searching for information on how to configure firewall to deny all but I don't think I was searching right or not understanding one.
Thanks
