We would like to design a network printer that can limit the number of print tasks in the queue. Let us assume that there can be at most N print tasks at the printer at a time. As soon as there are N tasks in queue, the printer will not accept any new tasks until an existing task finishes. Explain how semaphores can be used by the printer to limit the number of concurrent tasks in the queue. Write the pseudo code using semaphores.
