Nested sumif

Nested sumif with workday function!

This is the formula I have so far, but it is returning a zero

=SUM(IF('1031 Detail'!C:C="CK",IF('1031 Detail'!I:I=WORKDAY($F$1,-1,MyHolidays),'1031 Detail'!L:L)))

Basically I want to sum 1031 Column L if Column C = CK and Column I = the Last Business day.

MyHolidays is a named range of holidays I want skipped.

Any help is appreciated!!!
