application functionality

As discussed with the TA about the assignment. Willing to see the application functionality in the
project as specified here:
If you can
1) detect the faces of at least 3 (or more) people in the camera's view,
2) identify those faces,
3) list the names of those people,
4) allow for people to leave or more people to join, and
5) do all this with a respectable degree of accuracy (and speed),
Keep in mind, you are going to be implementing the approach(es) directly from the relevant
subject (Computer vision) .
If OpenCV had a magic function recognize photo credentials in it, you COULD NOT use it for
this assignment.
You are limited to using C++, and you do have to use OpenCV for loading the images, etc.
However, if you can use another C++ library, but first let me know to get permission from TAr.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION(FUNCTIONS/METHODS./LIBRARIES) WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE START OF CODING.
THESE FEATURES WE NEED TO PUT IN THE PROGRAM. ASSUMING THAT WE HAVE
