Horse Racing Program: Handicap Racing

Modify the Horse Racing program so that the user can assign a handicap to one or more horses on a scale of 1 to 5. (A “handicap” in racing is a means of giving advantage to less competitive horses over more competitive ones.) If a horse is assigned a handicap of 1, it should move ahead one-fi fth farther than usual. A handicap of 2 would increase its move by two-fifths, and so forth. The list of handicaps should be displayed in the shell window each time before the race begins.
