A 57-year-old African-American woman is seen by her PCP clinic for a headache not relieved by acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Physical examination reveals an overweight woman BP 152/98, HR 100, R18, afebrile, BMI 36. Her fingers are puffy with tight rings that she is unable to remove. She is in no acute distress.
