Mr. Williams is a 72-year-old widower. He is diabetic with hypertension. Mr. Williams has ESRD, CAD, chronic pain related to spinal stenosis and an elevated PSA, which he has chosen to ignore. He lives alone. He is a proud man who tends to keep to himself. He has three children who live approximately 30-40 miles away but he lists only a neighbor as his emergency contact. Most recently, his driver's license was revoked because he failed his vision test.
