I need help to format my PICOT question

I need help to format my PICOT question using Floyd adaptation (or any caring theory) model for the DNP program:

The practice area is clinical

The practice issue is clinical practice and unsatisfactory patient outcomes

the scope of the problem is population and the PICOT is both Quantitative and Qualitative

The PICOT/PICoT needs to be stated in a narrow manageable terms, giving consideration to system's change (micro, meso, macro) and what is realistic and attainable in a 16 week implementation period.

Here is my rough draft:

Population- 75 year old with moderate dementia

Intervention- does exposure to music therapy in 75 year old decrease agitation opposed to those who do not

Comparison- Compare to no music therapy

Outcome- influence behavior such as decrease mood swings, using agitation scale

Time frame - 90 days
