i need help writing this paper, please help it is due this sunday. the guidelines and research article i must use are attached.
this the week 2 post they are referring to in the guidelinesÂ
"Does hourly rounding reduce falls for patients admitted in the hospital versus no rounding over a two month period?
P=Patients admitted to hospitalÂ
I=Hourly roundingÂ
C=No hourly roundingÂ
O=Reduce fallsÂ
T=Two monthsÂ
Reducing the number of falls in our unit is always a priority and is required to maintain patient safety. Reducing falls could mean reduction in hospital running costs and increase in patient safety. I feel like this issue would have sufficient data and research to support the intervention of hourly rounding. I know our unit has seen a significant reduction in falls since we implemented this intervention
