Use C# to create a program.
Your program must:
1. contain a namespace block called Johnny Orson
2. contain a class block called “Program”
3. contain a Main() method (private or public is acceptable)
4. declare at least one variable each of type: int, char, float, string but you can use more than one variable of any type as needed.
5. assign values to all variables that are declared
6. contain a comment block at the beginning of the file listing a) a short description of the program’s purpose—i.e. what the program does, b) author’s name, c) textable phone number, d) author’s email
7. display at least one line on the console with the program name like: Johnny Orson Program, etc.
8. display on the console the value of all variables like: “r = 3” or “name = Johnny”, etc.
9. implement an if---else if---else construct that tests an integer type variable for equality to 1 and display this fact to the console else, if the integer equals 2 display this fact to the console else display to the console that the integer is neither 1 nor 2.
10. implement a switch statement using instructions from #9 above. So, instead of ‘if’, use a switch/case block.
