FROM WORKER,BUILDING,ASSIGNMENT

I need help with an SQL question. The question is 1)For the residence buildings only, list the worker ID and building ID for the assignments that had fewer days than the average number of days for all assignments.   

So far, I have

SELECT COUNT(w_id AND bldg_id)

FROM WORKER,BUILDING,ASSIGNMENT

WHERE bldg_type = 'Residence'

HAVING asg_num_days (AVG(asg_num_days )

WHERE asg_num_days < AVG asg_num_days

 

But I know its not right...
