Course has a method to retrieve the name field

I'm in a C# course, we use Visual Studio and have only built console applications. There's a WPF program that is missing a .cs file. I am supposed to make the file work by creating the Course.cs file defining the Course class.

The Course.cs file contains what I have coded so far. The App & MainWindow.xaml files were provided to me.

If someone could explain to me the steps to this project that would be great. I feel I maybe overthinking it, because if it was a regular console application I could do it. But I am trying to understand how the "MainWindow.xaml.cs" file corresponds to the, "Course.cs" file I am suppose to make. How do they link together? Is it automatic? Do I link them by calling the methods?

I have read our textbook chapter numerous times it does not cover WPF programs, so I dont even understand requirement #4, and I would like to.

The Course.cs file that I create has to meet these requirements:

  1. Course has a private string field to hold the name of the course
  2. Course has a method to set the name field to a given string value
  3. Course has a method to retrieve the name field
  4. Course must have a method that overrides the ToString() in order to be able to be displayed in a WPF window This method should be declared exactly as given below and then you should add your code to the body of the method to return the name field:

public override string ToString()

   { // this method should return the name field

}
