convert the date column or the time columns to the format

I have attached a excel table to this question. For some reason it is not letting me convert the date column or the time columns to the format I would like. For the Date column, I would like it to be formatted like '2015-08-18 00:00:00.000000' , a version of timestamp. For the start and end time, I would like it to be converted to 24 hour format. Just asking for these columns to be modified into the proper format, and returned in an excel file. Thank You!
