Things to consider in your observation are 1.) what are people’s perception of the space 2.) how is the kiosk changing the space and people’s experience of the space, 3.) what do people like or dislike about the kiosk and 4.) how would people have operated the space if that kiosk wasn’t there. Take good notes. Document with narrative, quotes, and images,
