Instructions For this programming challenge, you will write a program that creates and analyzes a text file.  Your program must perform the following functionality: Your program should first ask the user how many numbers they would like to store and then allows the user to enter the series of numbers that will be stored in a file called numbers.txt.  This should be accomplished with a loop that obtains a number and stores the number on each iteration. Your program should then display the numbers stored in the file. You should also calculate and display the sum of the numbers in the file. Once the count and the sum have been determined, Display the average of those numbers.
