Analyze the following business rules of the real estate

I have 3 assignment for database system. They have all information in document.

Assignment 1

Analyze the following business rules of the real estate company listed below:

•   An Agent can work with many Clients

•   A Client can only have one Agent

•   An Agent is based out of one Office

•   A Office can have many Agents based out of it

•   An Agent can have many Assistants

•   An Assistant can work with multiple Agents

•   An Agent can work with many Properties

•   A Property can only have one Agent assigned to it

•   A Property can only have one Status

•   There are multiple Statuses that are available for a Property (For Sale, Sold, Under Contract, Leased, and Available for Lease)

Once you have reviewed the Business Rules, complete the following:

•   Identify at least 6 entities and 5 relationships.

•   Once you have identified the entities you should identify at least 7 attributes for each entity.

Using the entities, attributes, and relationships create a data dictionary using MS Office or Excel

Assignment 2

Based on the business rules below identify the entities, attributes, and relationships and create a Crow's Foot ERD using MS Office or MS Visio.

A department employs many employees, but each employee is employed by one department.

Some employees are not assigned to any department.

An employee may be assigned many projects, and a project may have many employees assigned to it.

A project must have at least one employee assigned to it.

One of the employees manages each department, and each department is managed by only one employee.

Assignment 3

For this phase of your course project, you will use the entities attributes and relationships identified in assignment1 to generate an ERD for your project database.

Once you have created the initial ERD normalize the tables to 3rd normal form.

•   Using MS Word or Visio create the final version of the ERD.

Also, revise the data dictionary created in assignment 1 so that it contains any new entities and attributes created as a result of the normalization process.
