It is also given that the unfrozen water content of the fish at 18°C is 12 percent. Taking the average specific heat of the fish above freezing temperatures to be cp = 3.69 kJ/kg · °C, determine (a) the total amount of heat that must be removed from the fish and its container, (b) the amount of unfrozen water in fish at 18°C, and (c) the average rate of heat removal.
