They are almost correct, only that what you are missing is that the format of SELECT COUNT(*) query in SQL is formatted not as you did.
Example in query one it should be
SELECT COUNT(bookname)
FROM publisher
WHERE date
BETWEEN '2017/06/01' AND '2017/06/30'
Else they are correct.

Another question to clarify....So I need to use the above format SELECT COUNT(*) for the rest of my queries, is that correct? For example number 2. I put
