working for a flight center to replace their manual processing

Hi this is my small project where I am working for a flight center to replace their manual processing to automated system where use and employee both can login, employee can book flight ticket and hotel reservation and car rental and also employee can track the history of the clients. So, I need to maek 3 different Business Process Modelling or reengineering for each of online flight ticketing, hotel reservation and car rental. We have the payment sytem with paypal and bank cards. below I have attached my executive summary of my project.

And I need a detail BPM not the basic one.
