In this course, you will create a 3 page Web site using HTML5 and CSS3 on a topic of your choice. Take time to consider a topic that will maintain your interest for the duration of this course. The Web site must contain a home page called index.html and two other Web pages. The 3 Web pages need to link to each other and demonstrate knowledge of color, formatted text, and images or graphics. Multimedia elements such as sound and video clips may be included but are considered optional. Each Web page of your site must contain the following elements:

• Logo
• Header
• Navigation bar
• Content area
• Footer

 

For this Individual Project assignment, you will create a basic Web site design document that includes the following:

• Include a vision of your future Web site. State the name of your site, and describe its topic and the purpose of the site.
• Provide a general description of each of the five Web page elements listed above (logo, header, navigation bar, content area, and footer).
• Include a detailed description of how you would like each of these Web elements to appear on your Web site.
• Give a description or an example of one of the assets (images, graphics, sound, or video) that you plan on using on your site, and describe how you will use it on your Web site. You may describe this asset in a paragraph or include it as an additional file. If you are including an image or graphic file, use one of the following extensions:.jpg (preferred)

• .png
• .bmp
• .psd
