The program should relate the information in each array through the subscripts. The program should display each employee id number and ask the user to enter that employee's hours and pay rate. These values should be stored in hours and payrate arrays. It should then calculate the gross wages for each employee (pay rate times hours with time and a half after 40), which should be stored in the wages array. After data has been entered for all the employees and all the calculations have been performed, the program should display each employee's identification number and gross wages in a tabular form.
