review/edit my research proposal Components

Needing someone to review/edit my research proposal. Components required are 1 research question, 1 purpose statement and 6 sources. This must also follow Chicago Style Manual guidelines (http://www.press.uchicago.edu/books/turabian/turabian_citationguide.html). I don't have a purpose statement however I do have the research question and 6 sources. In addition to edits if someone could help me create a purpose statement that would be extremely helpful.
