This week has been all about storage. People often get permanent and temporary storage confused. They’ll say, “I’d like to install that program, but I don’t have enough memory.” Now that you know the difference, address the items below.

1. How do you think about memory and permanent storage?In a few sentences, tell your classmates how you remember the difference.Why do you think RAID is important for data security?What does that mean to you now that you’ve done your lessons for this week?
2. Read some of your classmates posts and see what they’ve posted about #1 above.Reply to their posts with your comments.
3. Additional post option: What would be a good application of FAT formatting on a disk?What about NTFS?Give several examples.
