I could be wrong but I think relative links could only be in the same folder where you have the files that you want to link. When you create a relative link outside the folder that contains the files and tried to link one page outside the folder to the page inside the folder even if they are all in the same server, it may not work. The relative link does not have a complete path address to find a file outside the folder. The relative link is used to anchor a place or a position within a file so that the user will have to perform one click and then the user's cursor will be taken to the position where that anchor is set. For example, if the user wants to go back up the beginning of the page, just click the relative link and the user will be brought to the top of the page of that web page. Did anybody have tried using the relative anchor link?
