Use c# Microsoft visual studio Help me fix this app! it has lots problem.

This program allows the user to choose which type of encryption to use

1. Substitution

2. Transposition 

After submit button is clicked, the string is encrypted in the type selected.

*note* if you get the same results for both types of encryption, something is wrong.
