Suppose you are part of a project team who is implementing a delivery tracking system for a national delivery company. The system will allow employees quick and easy access to up to the minute tracking info. The system allows employees the ability to create reports of expenses for shipments as well as manage routes etc. Management may also access the system for reporting purposes as well as to view particular expense information. The system must be accessed via mobile devices and a console within the delivery vehicles.
Obviously, security, performance and reliability are of the utmost importance. The customer requires that they be involved intimately in the development process.
