HTML includes a large number of tags to allow you, as a web designer, many options for making a page look and function just the way you want. In this week’s lecture and iLab, we have barely scratched the surface of what HTML has to offer. The textbook discusses several additional tags in Chapter 1 and includes a comprehensive list of tags in Appendix A. Also, you can find information about HTML tags on the Web itself; our Webliography includes several good sources. Using these resources, select a tag not mentioned in the lecture and explain its use, with examples. How could your chosen tag add value to a site? I've including the link to the appendix.
