Facebook has started using Artificial Intelligence bots to answer user questions within the application, provide enhanced advertisement, and assist small companies quickly respond to customer needs (2017, Kuchler). The AI bot use for advertisement and answering consumer queries was in beta last year, providing Facebook the opportunity to learn from initial mistakes. The AI bots usage allows Facebook to further grow profits and to provide a benefit to small business and corporations as an enhanced unique method to advertise to consumers online.
