(1)              Quarter total is the sum of January through March.

(2)              Write formula for B11 so it can be copied: Total Revenue is the sum of Sales and Other Revenue.

(3)              Write formula for B14 so it can be copied: Expenses are a percentage of total revenue. The budget percent values are located in rows 25‐29. Be sure your formula uses these cell addresses.

(4)Write formula for B20 so it can be copied: Total expenses are the sum of the department expenses.

(5) Write formula for B22 so it can be copied: Net Income is total revenue minus total expenses.

(6) Quaterly Total is a sum of January, February , and March for that row.

Format all currency amounts with 2 decimals.

Create an embedded pie chart ( as an object in this spreadsheet) which shows contribution of each type of an expense into total expenses.

Create a column chart as a new sheet to show first quarter expenses by the type of expenses. Name the chart "First Quarter Expenses by the Expense Type" On the next line of the chart title in smaller font put "Prepared by YourFirstName YourLastName".

Create a column chart as a new sheet to show first quarter expenses by month. Name the chart "First Quarter Expenses by Month" On the next line of the chart title in smaller font put "Prepared by YourFirstName YourLastName".

Insert right section footer with your name, date and file name, each on a separate line. Use font size 8. See sample at the right bottom corner of this page.
