shear stress

The shaft (G = 3.7 x 106 psi) is fixed at one end, and two torques TA and TB are applied as shown. Find values for TA and TB which produce the same maximum shear stress of 10 ksi along the entire length (excluding any stress concentration at the change in cross-section). (L1 = 15 in., L2 = 10 in., d1 = 1 in., and d2 = 1.5 in.)
