Draw a relational schema for your 1NF relation and diagram the functional dependencies.

Draw a relational schema for your 2NF relations, diagram the functional dependencies, and show the referential integrity constraints.

Draw a relational schema for your 3NF relations, diagram the functional dependencies, and show the referential integrity constraints.

 

I believe I can diagram the functional dependencies if I can just get the relational schemas correct. Here is what I have come up with, but I think it is completely on the wrong track. I have underlined the Primary Keys in each.
