9-10 Planning an SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and planning for a GIS (Global Information System) both require phase by phase steps. The steps for each require planning, analysis of tasks involved, designing and implementing and maintaining the structure. There are obstacles and challenges peculiar to both, and must be addressed on a continual basis.
