Hi,

I have posted this question before as well but was told by Instructor Jeffvalzo to post as advanced question and will charge $6 but i dont have an option to pay $6 the minimum is $10.

i have been trying to do this on VISUAL STUDIO but having trouble, if some can please help me with that will be great. i have attached the images and the instruction.

Create the application that shows the houses on sale. You are also required to calculatethe total and average price for all the houses.

Project starts with 'frmAddHouse' (Add House) as displayed:User will view thehouse on sale(short cut keysshould work aswell):

 

When user chooses 'House', second form loads. The first house on sale is shown at load time along withthe average and total price of all:
