For this set of questions, you will be using the tables and data from the file NewSales.txt.  The table NewSales is defined below:

Please create a SQL query for each question below.  For each question, provide the SQL code and a screen shot of the results. 

  1. List all of the orders made by customer “Wood”.  Display all of the columns and in chronological order (by the date). (4 rows)
  2. List all of the orders where the price was greater than $15.Only display the Customer Name, Order ID, and Price. Display the price as a new column called “Price” formatted with a dollar sign ($) and displays two decimal places like this: $xx.xx. (5 rows)
  3. What orders were made from September 3rd to September 5th 2010 (include the 3rd and the 5th in the query)? Only display the Order Date and Customer Name. (5 rows)
  4. What are the total sales for each customer?The total sales for each row is calculated by multiplying quantity by price. Display Customer name and the result as a new column called “Total Sales” formatted with a dollar sign ($) and displays two decimal places like this: $xx.xx. (4 rows)
  5. List all the orders where the customer name starts with an S or with a W. Display the Order ID, Date, and Customer Name. The list should be in descending order by customer name and all the names should be in Upper Case (e.g. ABCD). (3 rows)
