Radioactive material,

Radioactive material, stored in a spherical vessel of diameter D = 3.5 m, is buried underground at a depth of 10 m. The radioactive material inside the vessel releases heat at a rate of 1000 W/m3. The surface temperature of the vessel is constant at 480°C and the thermal conductivity of the ground is 2 W/m∙K. When it snows in the winter, will the area directly above the spherical vessel be covered with snow?
