Business communication

Business communication is dominated by brief messages conveyed in e-mail, letter, and memo formats. Even though these messages may only require a few minutes to complete, the principles of proper business writing apply: define the purpose, adapt to the audience, and select the appropriate medium. The simplest writing task can backfire if these principles are violated.

Email is one of the most common forms of business communication. In fact, some estimates show over 200 billion emails are sent each day. write a clear, concise email is an essential part of your 21st century business communication toolkit.

Instructions

First, read Chapter 6: Formatting for Correspondence (pp. 133-147) in Business and Professional Writing: A Basic Guide by MacRae. 

next write email to your teacher. Your email's message or body should include a short summary of who you are ( Make it up , job has to be relate to aviation customer services ) , your business communication strengths, and what you hope to learn from the this business communication course.

Be sure to include the following key components as outlined in Chapter 6:

  • Date
