Design an application that declares an array

Design an application that declares an array of 10 SavingsAccount objects. Prompt the user for data for each object, and then pass the array to a method that determines the sum of the balances and to a method that adds interest earned to each account (SO for example an account which had $200.00 balance and .0325 interest rate would show a balance of $206.50 after this method executes) (include Pseudocode also) I need this in correct form and correct pseudocode form also please
