CMGT/578 - I need help getting started.  Requirements are below for the paper.  I thought that I would approach an assessment on a Help Desk for some company (HealthCare or any other company that provides Help Desk services to its users):  The specifics of the paper are below.  Tools that the readings covered were things like SWOT analysis, Gap analysis, etc.

 

Create a 5-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation, with speaker notes, proposing a Current Status Assessment for an IT organization.  This can be the IT organization where you are currently employed or a fictional organization.  Your target audience will be the company's senior management team.

Based on this week's readings, propose the tools you would use to perform the assessment, the area of IT you would assess (Help Desk, Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Software, etc.), and elaborate on the projected outcomes.
