Write a boolean-valued function Is Palindrome that returns true when its string parameter is a palindrome and false otherwise. A palindrome is a word that reads the same backwards as forwards, such as “racecar,” “mom,” and “amanaplanacanalpanama” (which is “A man, a plan, a canal—Panama!” with no spaces, capitals, or punctuation). For a challenge, make the function ignore spaces and punctuation so that “A man, a plan, a canal — Panama!!” is recognized as a palindrome.
