Rotating stick

 

A stick of mass m and length  spins with frequency ω around an axis, as shown in Fig. 8.36. The stick makes an angle θ with the axis and is pivoted at its center. It is kept in this motion by two strings which are perpendicular to the axis. What is the tension in the strings?
