Shewhart–CUSUM scheme

A combined Shewhart–CUSUM scheme is used for averages with 3.5-sigma limits and h = 5 and k = 0.5 for the CUSUM scheme. At what point will a signal be received if five consecutive subgroup averages transform to Z-values of 3.4, 1.86, 1.25, 0.91, and 0.55? Explain. Although a signal was received, what does the pattern of  values suggest to you? In particular, what course of action would you take as the process engineer, if any?
