Determine the velocity distribution corresponding to fully developed (Hagen–Poiseuille) flow through the annular space formed between two concentric tubes. Let ri and ro be the inner and outer radii, respectively. Show that the inner wall shear stress τw,ri differs from the value along the outer wall, τw,ro .
