I am having a little trouble with the following chemistry problem:
Calculate the mass-to-mass ratio of 25.0 g of salt in 105 g of water. Work must be shown in order to earn credit.
Â
Would I simply calculate the mass of salt to water = 25/105 = .238 g salt/water?
Or is it asking for mass percent? = (25/130) x 100 = 19.23%
Â
Any help would be appreciated!
