13.            The tensile yield strength of an aluminum alloy is 14,500 psi. A sheet of this alloy is loaded under plane-stress conditions (σ 3 = 0) until it yields. On unloading it is observed that ε1 = 2ε2 and both ε1 and ε2 are positive.
