 balance sheet

Hello.

I need a balance sheet, an income statement and a cash flow for a company for a three years period.

For the first year I need it for every 4 months so 3 of each in total. (months: january-april, may- august, september-december)

For the second year I need it done yearly so one of each (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow).

For the third year also one of each.

The example of how i need it done is included. The data is as follows:

Its a startup company of childcare services, with client companies. And each of these client companies has 20 kids for us to look after.

We build (at the client's expense) a nursery in each of the 20 companies' buildings. No cost there. There is no office for first two years. In the third year there is an office and we pay $1,000 per month with 200 utilities.

For the first two years there are no employees. Third year there is one full-time office manager, whom we pay 800 per week.(3200 per month). Plus 1 full-time administrative assistant, whom we pay 600 a week (2400 a month). Our total administrative labor cost = $5,600 per month.

The lawyer charges $150/hr and works 4 hrs per week each week for the first month to get all of the legal stuff done—forming the corporation, filing documents in court, etc....

So, that's $2,400 in legal fees. But, we can spread that out over a year. So, that's $200/month in legal fees for the first year then continuing for the 2 and 3 year.

Now, for the child-care personnel, we'll have 4 at each nursery: 2 skilled teachers whom we pay $20/hr, plus 2 unskilled babysitters whom we pay $15/hr.

So, for the two skilled workers, we're paying a total of $40 per hr, for 320 hrs per month (40 hrs/week times 4 weeks times 2 workers) = $12,800 per month.

And, for the two unskilled workers, we're paying a total of $30 per hr, for 320 hrs per month (40 hrs/week times 4 weeks times 2 workers) = $9,600 per month.

So, our total child-care worker labor cost is $22,400 per month for nursery.

So, our total monthly labor cost would be

$6,200 (administrative) + $200 (legal) + (child-care) = $?.

20 kids in each nursery, we charge $1,000 monthly per kid.

ASSETS:

cash: 50 000

A/R (from clients so 25 000 x 20 clients)

inventory = 0

prepaid exp = 0

non current assets at cost = 0

acc depretiation = 0

land = 0

LIABILITIES:

a/p = what we pay to our employees so 6.200 a month, legal = 200 a month,

rent + utilities = 1 200 a month

  1. year:
  • every 6 months 1 new client (with 20 kids each) so we end the year with 2 clients
  • each month 20 kids bring $8000 profit
  • every month we use $4000 for advertising and marketing
  • from 7-12 months we have 2 clients (20 kids per client)
  • on month 9 september (4th quater) we get an angel investor who gives us $1 million
  • from month 7-12 we pay 50.000 to newspapers for advertising
  • from month 7-12 we pay 30.000 for local tv advertising
  • from month 7-12 we pay 20.000 for
  • HULU and internet

2. year

  • every 3 months extra client (20 kids each) so we end the year with 4 new clients totaling in 2 clients from previous year and 4 from the 2nd year = 6 clients (20 kids each)

3 year

  • adding an office space cost is 1000 for rent per month plus 200 for utilities
  • one full-time office manager, whom we pay 800 per week.(3200 per month). Plus 1 full-time administrative assistant, whom we pay 600 a week (2400 a month). Our total administrative labor cost = $5,600 per month.
  • every two months new client so 6 clients for the 3rd year, together with the 6 from two previous year that gives us 12 clients.

I HOPE THIS IS CLEAR. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! USE THE EXAMPLE AND TEMPLATE SHEETS INCLUDED.

THANK YOU
