Hello.
I need a balance sheet, an income statement and a cash flow for a company for a three years period.
Â
For the first year I need it for every 4 months so 3 of each in total. (months: january-april, may- august, september-december)
For the second year I need it done yearly so one of each (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow).
For the third year also one of each.
Â
The example of how i need it done is included. The data is as follows:
Â
Its a startup company of childcare services, with client companies. And each of these client companies has 20 kids for us to look after.Â
Â
We build (at the client's expense) a nursery in each of the 20 companies' buildings. No cost there. There is no office for first two years. In the third year there is an office and we pay $1,000 per month with 200 utilities.
Â
For the first two years there are no employees. Third year there is one full-time office manager, whom we pay 800 per week.(3200 per month). Plus 1 full-time administrative assistant, whom we pay 600 a week (2400 a month). Our total administrative labor cost =Â $5,600 per month.
Â
The lawyer charges $150/hr and works 4 hrs per week each week for the first month to get all of the legal stuff done—forming the corporation, filing documents in court, etc....Â
So, that's $2,400 in legal fees. But, we can spread that out over a year. So, that's $200/month in legal fees for the first year then continuing for the 2 and 3 year.
Â
Now, for the child-care personnel, we'll have 4 at each nursery: 2 skilled teachers whom we pay $20/hr, plus 2 unskilled babysitters whom we pay $15/hr.
Â
So, for the two skilled workers, we're paying a total of $40 per hr, for 320 hrs per month (40 hrs/week times 4 weeks times 2 workers) = $12,800 per month.
Â
And, for the two unskilled workers, we're paying a total of $30 per hr, for 320 hrs per month (40 hrs/week times 4 weeks times 2 workers) = $9,600 per month.
Â
So, our total child-care worker labor cost is $22,400 per month for nursery.
Â
So, our total monthly labor cost would beÂ
$6,200 (administrative) + $200 (legal) +Â (child-care) = $?.Â
Â
20 kids in each nursery, we charge $1,000 monthly per kid.
Â
ASSETS:Â
cash: 50 000
A/R (from clients so 25 000 x 20 clients)
inventory = 0
prepaid exp = 0
Â
non current assets at cost = 0
acc depretiation = 0
land = 0
Â
LIABILITIES:
a/p = what we pay to our employees so 6.200 a month, legal = 200 a month,Â
rent + utilities = 1 200 a month
Â
2. year
3 year
Â
I HOPE THIS IS CLEAR. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! USE THE EXAMPLE AND TEMPLATE SHEETS INCLUDED.
THANK YOU
