The idea is for an app that can be used for tutoring purposes which allows professors to easily
merge the criteria into an app somehow, sell it like a franchise to universities for $$$$ which
ultimately would eliminate universities from having to pay workers to tutor which will save them
money in the long run. This is good for students because it will ultimately give students access to
virtual tutoring for like $10/month or something; which is efficient since technology is thriving
and most student take course online.
The questions that need to be answer are the following and don’t worry about the actual names I
will add those later. There are 5 people in my group.
Keep in mind we are all students still in college.
Management team: Description of the management team, outside investors, and or/directors,
and plan for recruiting and training employees.
Organizational structure: Who is reporting to whom? The offer: How much investment is needed, what percent is being offered, how much debt will
the firm have, what is the expected ROI? Critical Risks:
What possibly could happen that could significantly impact the potential success of
this business? Can you create a mitigation plan for these risks? Can you create a
contingency plan for these risks?
Needs to be very detailed.
