Design a class named

I am using C# programming. Not Java.

Design a class named Time. The class contains:

  • Data fields hour, minute, and second that represent a time defined as int.
  • A no-arg constructor that creates a Time object for the current time. (The values of the data fields will represent the current time.)
  • A constructor that constructs a Time object with the specified hour, minute, and second.  (Make sure to use the properties here)
  • Three properties for the data fields hour, minute, and second.   Include validation for hours between 0 and 24 and minutes and seconds between 0 and 60 in the set code of the properties.
  • A ToString() method that displays the time as hour:minute:second.

Write a test program that creates two Time objects.  The first object should be created with the default constructor and use the properties to set the hours, minutes and seconds.  The second object should use the overloaded constructor.  Display the ToString for both objects.

Hint:

DateTime.Now.Hour will return the current hour, DateTime.Now.Minute will return the current minute and DateTime.Now.Second will return the current second.

Thank you
