You must submit your four-page paper as a file.
You have been asked to apply the Delphi method to answer the following question: "Should the Olympic games be fully funded by private sponsors rather than requiring the city in which the games are held to shoulder the expense and subsequent debt?" In a four-page paper:
1) Identify six individuals (or positions) that should be represented on this expert panel. For each individual selected, identify a) the job title, b) the qualifications required to be selected to the Delphi panel, and c) the expertise he or she would bring to the position. The purpose of a Delphi panel is to offer a compilation of expert responses. The decision whether to privately fund the Olympic games remains your responsibility.
2) Articulate three arguments for private funding and three arguments against private funding for the Olympic games.
3) Given the sensitive and public nature of this decision, what post-decision strategies will you implement to further explain and support your decision?
Offer three external research citations to support your decision
