Analyse & Strategy PROJECT – Analyse collected hazard/risk data from the work place and establish trends, identify major risks and propose strategy to improve WHS practices. Data should cover a period of 1 to 2 years (or more if available). The use of such things as a Risk Register, Incident Records, etc should be utilised. Your report findings should be at a presentation management level.

Project must include:

· Summary – background to company or organisation and its WHS hazards/risks

· Data records – statistics & quantifiable figures which can be displayed as charts, graphs, etc

· Your findings. What you found as to trends based on the data reviewed

· Recommendations – what strategy do you propose to improve, enhance or correct work practices so that positive change can be made

· Responsibilities – who have been assigned responsibilities so that ensure these strategies can be implemented
