Cultures are constantly changing and it is possible the pace of change has increased recently due to globalization. While most models of comparative analysis of cultures assume differences in dimensions of culture are fairly static or change slowly. Are traditional comparative analysis methods still useful in the age of globalization and what are some of the alternative methods used to compare and evaluate individual cultures?

Managers use the cultural models as a way to measure and make comparative analysis of cultural differences to devise strategic and management policy.
